Form Settings (Form Record Permissions)

Determine who can view and edit Form Records

Written by Jacqui Jones

Similar to Activated Checklists, you can modify the overall Form Settings once the document is published.

  • Click Form Settings (cog icon)

Use the options to determine permissions of the Form Record.

  • Record Title - by default, the user's name is automatically published in the Record Title. This cannot be edited when the Form is submitted.

    • Additional information can be added to the Record Title such as tokens for Full Date (dd MM yyyy), Month Only (MM yyyy), Previous Month (MM yyyy), Future Month (MM yyyy), Current Time (hh:mm), and the Respondent Name (Firstname Lastname). The date and time is automatically populated into the Form Record Title upon submission.

  • Record Visibility - by default, the user can only view records that they have created. To allow the user to view all records within the Activity list and Register, select All records and click Save.

  • Record Editing - by default, users can only edit their own records. To only allow Admins and Editors to edit records submitted by users, select Only Admins and Editor can edit records and click Save.
