Linking to an Email Address

Instructions for adding in a "mailto" link.

You can easily add an email link into your documents in Way We Do. To begin, simply highlight the text you would like to link to and click the link icon and select the option "Create email link"

In the "To" field, type in the email address you wish to link to, add a subject and the information in the body of the email. Way We Do will automatically turn this link into a mailto: link. Click "Insert Link".

The text will now become a mailto: link. Test the link by clicking on it.
