Why can’t I see my procedures that are in draft status?

If you know you have created a draft procedure, but are not seeing it on your main viewing screen, it is likely that you need to change your view settings.

  1. Locate the view icon on the top right of the screen. It is the one that looks like an eye.
  2. Click the icon to open the options box.
  3. Click the box next to the procedure status you would like to see on the screen (draft, pending review, published, retired).
  4. Checking all the boxes will show everything that has been written for your Way We Do manual, regardless of the procedure status. 

The drafts should now be visible when you click on their assigned labels in the menu.
