How to run a Quiz

Instructions for running a quiz for your team members

Editors and Administrators have the ability to issue a quiz to the team for completion. Quizzes can be assigned to individuals, roles, and you can even assign the quiz to yourself.

To assign a quiz:

  • Navigate to the quiz in your manual and select it

  • Click the blue play button

  • Select the Add button

  • Choose the specific team members you want to send this quiz to

  • Toggle Include roles to Yes to assign the quiz to everyone in a role

  • Click Add when you've made your selections

  • Your selected team members and roles will show on the start screen

  • Next, set the Close Date for the quiz. If any assigned user doesn't complete a quiz before the close date is reached, their attempt will timeout

  • Press Send to issue the quiz

  • The assigned users will receive an email invite

  • Until it's completed, the quiz will show on their dashboard
