Quizzes are assigned to you to complete either manually when it's required, or automatically based on certain situations.
Accessing the Quiz
When you've been assigned a quiz, you'll receive an email notification
Select the link from within the email to be taken to the quiz in Way We Do
Alternatively, Quizzes assigned to you can be accessed via the Quizzes tab on the Dashboard
You'll be taken to a Start Quiz page, which contains the following information:
Date and time that you must complete this quiz before. The quiz will time out after this date and time.
If the quiz is timed, how long you'll have to complete the quiz once it's started
Note: a timed quiz must be done in one sitting. An untimed quiz can be closed and resumed later
Click Start Quiz
Information Pages
Your quiz may contain information pages containing, for example, text, images, videos, links. View the content, then when you're ready, select Next
Text Questions
Text questions are multiple choice
You may have the option of choosing either one answer, or more than one answer. Note: one answer questions have round selections, more than one answer questions have square
After making your selection(s) click Confirm
Use the Back button to go back and change an answer
Image Questions
Image questions are multiple choice
You may have the option of choosing either one answer, or more than one answer. Note: one answer questions have round selections, more than one answer questions have square
After making your selection(s) click Confirm
Use the Back button to go back and change an answer
When you reach the final question (or information page) there will be a Finish button. You cannot go Back after selecting this.
You'll be taken to a summary page of your attempt that will let you know if you passed or failed the quiz
Click Continue
After selecting Continue you will view the Activity Page for your quiz attempt
It will summarize:
You score e.g. pass or fail
Date and time the attempt was made
Your results per question
Resit until pass
In some instances, a quiz will be setup so that you can resit the quiz until achieving a pass mark.
When this happens, the summary page will have a Resit Quiz button on it
To resit the quiz straight away, select Resit Quiz
If you want to resit it later, close out of the quiz
You'll find the quiz on your dashboard
Note: the quiz will have a close date still, so make sure you resit it prior to that date
Partial Scoring
Partial scoring is only enabled when you have a multi-select answer. Multi-select answers have more than one correct option.
The question may be setup so that you must select all correct answers, otherwise you get the question wrong. However, if the quiz creator has enabled partial scoring on the question, then you will have points allocated for selecting some, but not all, of the correct responses.
Quiz Activity
When you view a quiz in your Way We Do account, you cannot see the questions.
However, you can see any previous activity you've had on that quiz.
On a quiz you've previously made an attempt on, select the Activity Tab
Your quiz attempts will be listed showing passed, failed, abandoned, in progress, and unattempted quizzes
Select a quiz activity to view the information about it
