Way We Do uses profile pictures, also known as avatars, to personalize your Way We Do account.
Where will you see your profile picture?
Activated Checklist Instances: when you're collaborating on a checklist, you'll see profile pictures on the steps, indicating who can complete the step
@mentions: when a mention has been used in a comment, clicking it will display the profile picture
Adding a Profile Picture
Select the menu option (9 dots in top-right) then choose Account
Select My Details
Click Profile Picture
Every user has a default profile picture, which is their initials. Note: if your initials are too wide for the frame, your initials will convert to a person icon
There are two ways to add a custom image, uploading your own image and using Gravatar
Uploading your Own Image
When uploading your own image, the minimum dimensions are 80px x 80px and the maximum are 400px x 400px. Your image will display best if it is square and fits within these minimum and maximum dimensions (the higher the px, the higher quality the image).
Click Choose and image
This will open up a way for you to browse your device for a picture
Select the image you want to use, if it fits the dimensions the image will upload
Use a Gravatar
A Gravatar is like a digital passport that can be used across multiple locations. You can create one profile on Gravatar and link it to wherever it's accepted.
Your profile in Way We Do can accept a Gravatar, however, the email account used on the Gravatar profile must be the same as your email account in Way We Do.
Once you have a Gravatar set up, you can use it in Way We Do. Simply select Use a Gravatar to bring the image from your Gravatar profile into Way We Do.

On steps with no role assigned, hover to see the name of the person
Where there is 5 or more Collaborators that can complete a step, the 4th avatar becomes an overflow counter. You can hover over this to see the listed names of the additional collaborators.
Profile pictures in an @mention

Clicking on the @mention will display the profile picture and details of the person mentioned.
