Automations and Reminders are really useful criteria to set up on policies and procedures in Way We Do. The following article details how you can run a report to track the Schedule and Reminders that are set up in your account.

The Automations Report allows you to view all of the Automations that have been created on Activated Checklists.

This is a useful report if you need to review and refine any checklist instances which are automatically created via the Automations criteria.

  • Click on Reports in the top right of your screen

  • Select Automations and Reminders

  • The Automations and Reminders Report will display

  • The information contained on the Automations report is:

    • Instance Title: the name that the Automation has been set up with

    • Responsibility: the role(s) or team member(s) who have been assigned to the Automation

    • Summary: the type of Automation created and any relevant details

  • Toggle quickly between the Automation report and the Reminders report using the buttons on the top right

You can view and track all of the Reminders that have been set for the policies and procedures in your company manual by opening the Reminders report in the Reports section of the manual.

  • Select Schedules and Reminders from the list

  • The information contained on the Reminders report is:
