How to Access and Review the Automations and Reminders Report

Instructions for running the Automations & Reminders report

Automations and Reminders are really useful criteria to set up on policies, procedures, and Quizzes in Way We Do. The following article details how you can run a report to track the Automations and Reminders that are set up in your account.

  • Click on Reports in the top right of your screen

  • Select Automations and Reminders Report

Checklist and Quiz Automations Report

The Automations Report allows you to view all of the Automations that have been created on Activated Checklists or Quizzes.

This is a useful report if you need to review and refine any checklists or quizzes which are automatically created via the Automations criteria.

  • The information contained on the Checklist report is:

    • Instance Title: the name that the Automation has been set up with

    • Collaborators: the role(s) or team member(s) who have been assigned to the Automation

    • Summary: the type of Automation created and any relevant details

    • Checklist: the name of the Master Checklist that the Automation is created on

    • Note: if there are no Checklist Automations created in your account, it will display "No automations found"

  • You can search the Checklist Automation report using the Search toggle. You're able to search on content in the Instance Title, Checklist Title, Collaborators, and/or Collaborator Roles

  • The information contained on the Quiz report is:

    • Automation Title: the name that the Automation has been set up with

    • Participants: the team member(s) who have been assigned to the Automation

    • Summary: the type of Automation created and any relevant details

    • Quiz: the name of the Master Quiz that the Automation is created on

    • Note: if there are no Quiz Automation created in your account, it will display "No automations found"

  • You can search the Quiz Automation report using the Search toggle. You're able to search on content in the Automation Title, Quiz Title, Participants, and/or Participant Roles

Reminders Reports

  • The information contained on the Reminders report is:

    • Reminder: the name of the reminder

    • Summary: this refers to how often the reminder should be completed

    • Procedure: click on the name to go directly to the procedure

    • Note: If there are no reminders created for your company, the task report will say: "No reminders found"

  • You can search the report using the Search toggle. You're able to search on content in the Reminder, Responsibility, Summary, and Procedure columns
