How to Access and Review the Checklist Schedules and the Task Report

Schedules and Tasks are really useful criteria to set up on policies and procedures in Way We Do. The following article details how you can run a report to track the Schedule and Tasks that are set up in your account.

Checklist Schedules Report

The Checklist Schedules Report allows you to view all of the Schedules that have been created on Activated Checklists.

This is a useful report if you need to review and refine any checklist instances which are automatically created via the Schedules criteria.

1. Click on Reports in the top right of your screen

2. Click the Push Navigation in the top left corner of your screen to open the menu of available reports

3. Select Schedules and Tasks

4. The Schedules and Tasks Report will display, showing the Schedules report initially

5. The information contained on the report is:

  • Instance Title: the name that the Schedule has been set up with

  • Responsibility: the role(s) or team member(s) who have been assigned to the Schedule

  • Frequency: the is the frequency that the Schedule is set to repeat on. Note: an email notification will be sent and the item will appear on the relevant team members dashboards when an instance is created from a Schedule

  • Procedure: the name of the Master Checklist that the Schedule is created on - this is a link; click to go directly to the procedure

  • Note: if there are no Schedules created in your account, it will display "No schedules found"

6. You can search the report using the magnifying glass. You're able to search on content in the Instance Title, Responsibility, and Procedure columns

7. Toggle quickly between the Schedule report and the Tasks report using the buttons on the top right

Tasks Reports

You can view and track all of the tasks that have been set for the policies and procedures in your company manual by opening the tasks report in the Reports section of the manual.

1. Click on Reports on the top right of your screen

2. Click Push Navigation in the top left corner of the screen to open menu list

3. Select Schedules and Tasks from the list

4. The report will initially open on Schedules, select Tasks to toggle the report

5. The information contained on the report is:

  • Task: the name of the task.

  • Responsibility: the roles that have been assigned to complete the task.

  • Frequency: this refers to how often the task should be completed. Email reminders will be sent each time a task is due for completion

  • Procedure: click on the name to go directly to the procedure

  • Note: If there are no tasks created for your company, the task report will say: "No tasks found"

6. You can search the report using the magnifying glass. You're able to search on content in the Task, Responsibility, and Procedure columns
