When in the Structure section of your Way We Do manual, click the push navigation to open the side menu, and select Company Roles.
This will display the list of the different positions in the Organization.
By default, this list is alphabetical. To change the order that the roles are displayed in, you can append a number to the beginning of the role title. For example, the role you want first in the list should have 01. added to the front of the title.
To do this, click the role from the list, and select Edit (pencil icon). Then add the number to the role title and select Save
Once numbered, the roles will appear in numerical order in the list. Any roles that are not numbered will still appear in alphabetical order below the numbered roles.
