Your name and account details.
Written confirmation of your desire to cancel or suspend your subscription.
Written confirmation that you would like us to delete all of your information from the Way We Do system OR retain it for when you re-subscribe.
The reason you are canceling or suspending your subscription. Please be as detailed as possible, as this will help us improve our services in the future.
