When you log in to your Way We Do account your first stop is your personalized Dashboard. The Dashboard is designed to streamline your workflow by making it easy to access the policies, procedures and Activated Checklists that are most relevant to you.

This article will introduce you to your Dashboard and let you know how you'll use it.

Dashboard Tour for Team Members

Firstly, let's start with a tour. Watch the below video for our guide, Madison, to show you around.

The Dashboard sections summarized

The top section of the dashboard shows how many checklist steps, tasks, acceptance reminders, and sign-offs are due. Clicking each tab opens a list of items that correspond to the title on the tab. You can also use the search bar at the top to search for specific items in your manual.

This section is designed to show you the most recent five items on each tab. If you have more than five, you can select View all to see the rest.

When you select View all on Checklist Steps you also have the ability to sort the list.

Click the sort icon to the top right of the list (the one that looks like a list with an arrow). You can then chose the sorting method you would like to apply.

Activities

This section of the dashboard shows how many total policies, procedures, and activated checklists you are involved with.

  • I'm In - Shows how many items your role has been assigned to. This number also includes documents that aren't assigned to any specific role and are considered relevant for everyone.

  • I Edit - Shows the number of items you are responsible for editing. This section is only relevant if you have edit permissions in your account.

  • I'm Reviewing - Shows the number of items you have been invited to review. This section is only relevant if you have edit permissions in your account.

Click the large number above each of these titles to view the corresponding list.

Tasks Coming Up

This box shows the total number of tasks assigned to you that are due within the next seven days.

My Top 5

Most Recent
