Users are taken directly to a personalized dashboard upon signing in to a Way We Do account. The top section of the dashboard shows how many checklist steps, tasks, acceptance reminders, and sign-offs are due. Clicking each tab opens a list of items that correspond to the title on the tab. You can also use the search bar at the top to search for specific items in your manual.

Other dashboard sections include Activities, Tasks, My Top 5, and Most Recent.

Activities

This section of the dashboard shows how many total policies, procedures, and activated checklists you are involved with.

  • I'm In - Shows how many items your role has been assigned to. This number also includes documents that aren't assigned to any specific role since these procedures automatically default to everyone.

  • I Edit - Shows the number of items you are responsible for editing.

  • I'm Reviewing - Shows the number of items you have been invited to review.

Click the large number above each of these titles to view the corresponding list.
