The content in your Way We Do account is unrestricted by default, which means they can be seen by anyone who has access. However, sometimes we have content that should not be seen by all users, and so to facilitate this you can apply a Restriction to that item.

It's important to note, that only people with Administrator access have the ability to restrict content. So, you may need to request for this to be done on your behalf.
