Training for your team to understand how to navigate Way We Do.

There are many ways to browse around and navigate through your Way We Do account.

This training will walk you through how to use our navigation tools to find the content you're looking for.

Push Navigation

The push style navigation enables you to browse through your content by selecting labels and sub-labels. The Way We Do Administrators and Editors at your organization create how this navigation displays, so the sections will reflect your companies needs.

Click the menu icon to open it, then choose a label to access that section of the manual.

You can close the menu without selecting a title by clicking the menu icon a second time.

Push Navigation Menu Contents

The contents of the push navigation menu will change depending on where you are within Way We Do. The Structure, Reports, and Accounts sections all have different options within the push navigation.

Top Level Navigation

The top level navigation provides access to the various areas within your account.

Structure

Selecting Structure will navigate you to your structure section, where you can access Org Charts and Role Descriptions.

Select the push navigation in this area to navigate between the two.

Manual

Selecting Manual will navigate you to the landing page for the Company Manual. The landing page is another method for you to navigate into labels, and see your top five and most recent procedures.

Reports

Selecting Reports will navigate you to the landing page for the Reports section, which is where you'll find the reports that you have access to. Click the report to access it.

Note: the number of reports you can see depends on your permission level in Way We Do. Administrators and Editors have a greater number of reports. Team Members have two reports they can access. These reports are covered in the training on reports.

Account

To access the Account area, select the person icon to open the menu, then choose Account. This will navigate you to the Account landing page. The landing page is where you'll be able to manage your account.

Note: the number of account management functions you can see depends on your permission level in Way We Do. Team Members are able to manage their own details in the Account section. This is covered in the training on My Details.

Help

To access the Way We Do Help Centre, select the person icon to open the menu, then choose Help. This will navigate you to the Help Centre landing page enabling you to search for and browse articles to help you use Way We Do.

Other Navigation tips

Breadcrumb trails

Throughout Way We Do there will sometimes be a breadcrumb trail. This lets you know where you've navigated to.

You can select parts of the breadcrumb trail to navigate back to that area.

Home Icon

Where ever you see a Home icon in Way We Do, you can select this to navigate back to your dashboard.

Logo or Company Name

Selecting your logo, or your company name if you haven't uploaded a logo, will jump you back to your dashboard from wherever you are in your account.
