Creating a Process in Way We Do
Loading and Editing a Blank Checklist
Select Manual and click Start with a blank Activated Checklist
Set up the checklist
Enter in a step title and hit enter on your keyboard
Use Step Types to select the different steps required for a process
Activity Steps: the standard step type
After entering the step title, select it to format the step
Decision Points: the gateway step type
After enter the step title, select it to format the step
Assign Conditions to "reveal" steps
After clicking Assign, select the step(s) to reveal
The eye symbol indicates a step will be revealed as part of a Decision Point

Locating a Process
Select the push navigation
Click the relevant label
Click the relevant process
Running a Process
Click the blue play button to run a process
Name your process accordingly
Use the Assign button to select who will perform each role for the process
Click start to begin
Click a step to view the instructions
Use the comments field to write a note, @mention another Collaborator, or add an attachment
Select the checkbox to indicate you've completed the action
Decision Points are indicated with a forked arrow. Click the step to make your decision using the options - Save Changes will confirm your selection
Avatars or Employee Initials tell you who can complete which step - hover over it for more information

When a Process is Completed
When a process is complete and you've selected Close, it will take you to the Activity Tab where you can see your previous instances of using the checklist
