Form Registers display the data collected from your Forms in a convenient tabular format. This makes it easy to view all submissions in a single glance, customize your workspace, and quickly sort, filter, or export your data.
Here is a breakdown of how to navigate and manage your Form Registers.

You can tailor the Register to show exactly the information you need by adjusting the columns.

Pin Column: To keep a column visible while scrolling horizontally, click the three vertical dots on the column header and select Pin Column. Choose either Pin Left or Pin Right to lock it in place.
Rearrange Columns: You can easily change the order of your columns by clicking, dragging, and dropping the column headers into your preferred order.
Autosize Columns: To adjust column widths to perfectly fit your data, click the three vertical dots on any column header and select either Autosize This Column or Autosize All Columns.
Sorting, Filtering, and Resetting
Sort a Column: Click on a column header to easily sort the data in Ascending or Descending order.
Filter a Column: Narrow down your data by applying specific parameters. The available filter types include: Contains, Does not contain, Equals, Does not equal, Begins with, Ends with, Blank, and Not blank. Simply enter your required data criteria based on these options.
Reset Views: If you want to return the Register to its default state, click the three vertical dots on any column and select Reset Columns, Reset All Sorting, or Reset All filters.
Copying and Exporting Data
You can easily extract data from your Form Registers to use in spreadsheets or other documents.
Copy and Paste a Cell: Right-click a specific cell and click Copy (or use Ctrl + C). You can also choose Copy with Headers to include the column title. Paste the data directly into your document of choice.
Copy and Paste a Row: Highlight an entire row, right-click, and select Copy (or use Ctrl + C). Selecting Copy with Headers will bring the column titles along with the row data.
Export Data: To export the entire register, right-click on any cell within the table, select Export, and then choose either CSV Export or Excel Export. The corresponding file will automatically download to your computer.
