You can easily print a list of your procedures using the Procedures Register Report, available in the reports section of Way We Do. Your Procedures Register Report will provide you with an easy resource for team members who are responsible for editing and maintaining your content. It can also be given to auditors whenever required.

The detailed report will list your policies, procedures and checklists, and contain the important information for each one, including:

  • Procedure: title of the policy, procedure, checklist, or quiz

  • Version: the current published version

  • Editor: the name of the most recent editor

  • Status: is the item published, draft, in review, or retired

  • Roles: which roles are assigned to the procedure

  • Last Edited: when the procedure was last edited

  • Last Assessment Status: what is the status from the last revision

  • Last Assessment Date: when the last revision occurred

Select Reports from the top right

Then choose Procedures Register

There are 5 ways to view the content on the register:

  • Title: all procedures based on their name

  • Status: procedures based on their status as either published, draft, in review, or retired

  • Label: procedures based on the label they're in

  • Editor: procedures based on who the editor was

  • Role: procedures relevant to a specific role

You'll need to toggle between Published and Unpublished views, using the eye symbol.

  • Published: items currently published or retired status

  • Unpublished: items in Draft, In Review, or Upcoming status

View the list directly in Way We Do, or download a CSV file for printing or distribution by clicking the CSV button in the top right of the screen.

To protect your restricted procedures from accidental access, we have made the full Procedures Register Report available only to Administrators. Please let us know if you require full access for Editors.
