It is easy to retrieve your Way We Do password when you forget it. To do this, click the link on the log in screen that says, "Forgot Password?"

Fill in the information on the Forgotten Password screen and click Submit.

The system will send an email to your primary email address that will allow you to reset your password.

For security reasons, password retrieval emails are only sent to the account holder email address that is in the Way We Do system.

After receiving the password reset email, follow the instructions in the email to reset your password and regain access to your account.
