Sign In Page Background Image

A background image can be added to the Sign In page in order to add more brand elements to your Operations Manual on Way We Do.

By default, no image is present. To add an image, follow these steps:

  1. Find or create an image. The suggested image dimensions are 1920px by 1080 px. The maximum file size is 1 MB, however it is recommended the size be as low as possible for optimal download speeds on mobile devices for example. e.g. 150 Kb. Recommended file types are .jpg or .png.

  2. Go to Administration (the person icon) in the main navigation, click on "Account", click on the push navigation on the top left hand side and click "Company Details".

  3. Click the "Choose an image" button. Find the image on your computer, select it and upload.

When your image is successfully uploaded, it will display as a thumbnail image. You can remove the image by clicking the "Remove background" button and upload a new one by repeating the above steps.

To ensure a smooth user experience and reduce loading times, the background image will fade in when visitors navigate to the sign-in page.
