If a user you have invited to your Way We Do manual does not respond to your initial invitation, we recommend contacting the user to ask why they have not responded. If they simply missed the email, they can still accept your invitation by clicking the link in the email that was sent.
If they did not receive an email, you can resend the invitation directly from the Way We Do system.
To begin, click the person icon in the top right corner of the screen to open the administration menu.
Click Account to open the User Management screen.
Each user on the User Management screen will have a status under their name. The status will either read "Active" or "Inactive". The resend button is automatically included next to the "Inactive" status. Simply click the button to resend your invitation to the user.
Note: If a user has not whitelisted Way We Do in their email system, it is possible that the invitation email will be diverted to a spam filter. We recommend instructing each user to check their spam folder to see if the invitation is there. For future deliverability of system emails and notifications, each user should add Way Way Do to their email whitelist.
