Training for your team on how to change their details, including their password

As a Team Member you're able to manage some of your own account details. These are:

  • First & Last Name

  • Time zone

  • Password

This is done by accessing My Details in the Account section. To find this section, select the person icon in the top right and choose Account

You'll have one option on this page, select My Details

On the first tab, Contact Details, is where you can update your name and time zone. Any other details on this tab must be changed by an Administrator.

On the second tab is where you can update your password. It's a good Cyber Security practice to update your password. Your organization may require this of you at a set frequency, otherwise a good rule is to change it every three months.
