Here is the updated support article with the information about browsing by Labels and Workspaces included:
Searching for a Form
In the first phase of Way We Do Forms & Registers, the search function looks for Form Titles, rather than specific Form Record Titles. If you need to locate a specific Form Record, you can find those listed under the Activity tab of the relevant Form.
To find a Form, you can use the Quick Search, Advanced Search, or browse through your Labels.
Using Quick Search
You can access the Quick Search function directly from your Dashboard or from the top navigation bar within the Manual section.
Place your cursor in the search bar and type the first three letters of the Form title.
Matching titles will automatically start displaying on your screen.
Look for the Form icon next to the title to easily identify it as a Form document type.
Using Advanced Search
If you need to narrow down your results or browse all available Forms, the Advanced Search tool allows you to filter by document type and status.
How to Access Advanced Search:
Click Advanced Search from the dropdown menu located on the left-hand side of the Dashboard search field.
Alternatively, place your cursor into the search bar and press Enter without typing any text.
Applying Filters for Forms:
On the Advanced Search screen, click +Add Filter.
Type: Select this filter and choose Form to restrict your search strictly to Forms.
Status: Select this filter to narrow your search by lifecycle states such as Published, Upcoming, Draft, In Review, or Retired.
Click Show Results to run your search.
(Note: There are additional filters available that apply to all document types. For more details on these, refer to the support article Conducting an Advanced Search in Way We Do.)
Browsing by Labels and Workspaces
In addition to searching, you are also able to browse your Labels to find Forms that have been assigned to them.
When browsing, keep in mind that Way We Do utilizes different workspaces to manage documents through their lifecycle. These workspaces include:
Published (default view)
Editing
Retired
If the Form you are looking for has not yet been published, it will not appear in the default Published workspace. You will need to change the workspace to look for them there.
For more detailed instructions on changing your views, refer to the support article: View or locate the procedures I am editing from the filter status.
Viewing Your Search Results
Your search results will display in either a Procedure Card layout or a List layout, depending on your preferred account settings.
When viewing results as Procedure Cards, you can quickly spot Forms by looking for the Form icon located in the top left corner of the card.
