A Supervisor Signoff in the activated checklist is for when you would like another user in your Way We Do account who is a Manager or in a Supervisory position within your organization to review the actions completed in the checklist and the feedback entered as comments and ensure that they have been completed to the appropriate quality standards for the company.
Adding a Supervisor Signoff to your checklist is easy. To do, first, click on the edit button to make changes to your checklist. Then scroll down at the bottom of the checklist and click on the add supervisor sign-off step. By default, no sign-off is required on activated checklists.
Choose the role that will sign off when the checklist is completed
Check that your checklist has the right status, Draft/In Review/Published, then click on Finish to save your changes.
