A Short Link is a URL which has been made substantially shorter but still able to redirect to the required web page.

In Way We Do, the short link can be found at the bottom of the page, displayed as a blue-link icon, next to the Procedure's Author name.

When clicked on, the unique short link URL with the procedure ID is copied to the clipboard which you can paste into your documents, emails, and third-party applications, documents and team collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams and Slack.

When the short link is clicked on, users are redirected to the procedure in Way We Do. If a user is not logged in, they will be directed to the Way We Do Sign-in page and once logged in, redirected to the required procedure, policy, or activated checklist.
