The Pin feature makes it easy to find important Activated Checklist Instances quickly. This feature is useful for companies that are running a large volume of Activated Checklist Instances for each user.

The user is able to pin the ones they are working upon to the top. When they are completed, they disappear from the top.

To Pin an Activated Checklist Instance, simply click the pin icon to the right of the Instance title. The instance will be moved to the top of the list.

You can unpin an item by clicking the pin a second time.
