You're able to compile the whole, or part, of your company manual into PDF documents. This is a useful function if you need to provide your manual to a 3rd party such as government or council customers or compliance auditors who need to verify that you have correct policies and procedures in place for your business or organization. The printed manual will include company logos and branding information.
Way We Do is backed up daily and is very safe and secure, however you can also perform your own backup by printing the manual to PDF and saving the file onto your own server.
This feature is only accessible by Administrators, so Editors or Users will not be able to print the whole manual.
Select the 'waffle' icon then choose Account
Select Backup
Once on the Backup screen you'll see any previous backups. To start a new one, click + Start Backup
To backup the entire manual, select Backup Entire Manual and click Start Backup
To backup select labels, click Selected Labels Only, then choose the labels
Your backup will begin processing and will indicate how far along it is with a percentage
Once complete, you can select Download. This will download your manual as a ZIP file
Within the ZIP each label will be a folder with the relevant documents in there
