Server Security

Your Operations Manual and procedures within Way We Do are protected through the use of a secure server and up to 256-bit encryption.

Way We Do is hosted with Microsoft Azure which provides a secure, durable technology platform. It has industry-recognized certifications and audits including PCI DSS Level 1, ISO 27001, FISM Moderate, HIPAA and SSAE 16. The data centers have multiple layers of operational and physical security to ensure the integrity and safety of your content.

The data center location is in Sydney, Australia.

Daily Backups

Your policies, procedures and content is backed up daily and is held on a rolling 7 day basis. This means there are 7 separate copies of your content from the last 7 days. The content backup is held with Microsoft Azure in Sydney, Australia.

We also recommend that customers back up their own copy of their policies and procedures in addition to the backup service that Way We Do provides. This can be done by printing your documents to pdf in the Way We Do application and you save these pdf files and documents as per your own normal backup processes.

Additionally, you can use the Print Manual function to print all of your content as a single PDF file or compile a number of procedures to a PDF based upon Labels.

Account Access Security

Individual accounts are available for each of your team members. They will be able to create their own username and password. When a team member leaves the business or organization, you are able to remove them as a user of your Operations Manual through the Way We Do administration area.

It is important that each person within the team do not share their username and password with anyone.
