Adding dependencies to steps of an Activated Checklist (a workflow process) will help to set an order in which work is completed. Rather than everyone seeing the Activated Checklist Instance on their Dashboard at the one time, they will only see it when it is their turn to complete a step.

To add, remove, or change a dependency on each step, use the following instructions:

  1. Click the edit button of the Activated Checklist

  2. Click the arrow on the right-hand side of the step
    ​

  3. Select a Step from the drop-down field titled "Dependant on the completion of".
    ​

  4. Once you have finished editing, Click the Finish button.
    ​
