There are many ways to browse around and navigate through your Way We Do account, including the Push Navigation and the Top Level Navigation.

This article will walk you through how to use our navigation tools.

The push style navigation enables you to browse through your content by selecting labels and sub-labels.

Click the menu icon to open it, then choose a label to navigate access that section of the manual.

The menu will disappear and return to the full screen view once an item is selected. Alternatively, you may close the menu without selecting a title by clicking the menu icon a second time to close the menu and return your content to full screen.

The contents of the push navigation menu will change depending on where you are within Way We Do. The Structure, Reports, Market Place, and Accounts sections all have different options within the push navigation.

The top level navigation provides access to the various areas within your account.

Selecting Structure will navigate you to your structure section, where you can access Org Charts and Role Descriptions.

Select the push navigation in this area to navigate between the two.

Selecting Manual will navigate you to the landing page for the Company Manual. The landing page is where you can start creating content, navigate into labels, and see your top five and most recent procedures.

Selecting the push navigation in this area will allow you to select a label to view.

Selecting Reports will navigate you to the landing page for the Reports section. The landing page is where you'll find the reports that you have access to. Click the report to access it.

Note: the number of reports you can see depends on your permission level in Way We Do. The below screenshot shows an Administrators view.

To access the Market Place, select the person icon to open the menu, then choose Market Place. This will navigate you to the landing page for the Market Place. The landing page is where you'll find pre-written templates to browse and install in to your account.

Selecting the push navigation in this area will allow you to select the different Market Place categories available.

Note: only Editors and Administrators are able to view and use the Market Place.

To access the Account area, select the person icon to open the menu, then choose Account. This will navigate you to the Account landing page. The landing page is where you'll be able to manage your account.

Note: the number of account management functions you can see depends on your permission level in Way We Do. The below screenshot shows an Administrators view.

To access the Way We Do Help Centre, select the person icon to open the menu, then choose Help. This will navigate you to the Help Centre landing page enabling you to search for and browse articles to help you use Way We Do.

Throughout Way We Do there will sometimes be a breadcrumb trail. This lets you know where you've navigated to.

You can select parts of the breadcrumb trail to navigate back to that area.

Where ever you see a Home icon in Way We Do, you can select this to navigate back to your dashboard.

Selecting your logo, or your company name if you haven't uploaded a logo, will jump you back to your dashboard from where ever you are in your account
