You can request that your team members formally acknowledge that they've read, understood and accepted the contents of your policies, processes and procedures. This is a great feature for ensuring compliance and adherence to the correct process.
Adding Acceptance is done individually to each procedure. If you have assigned roles, then only the team members who are set up in that role will be required to accept. If you haven’t assigned roles, then everyone will be asked to perform the acceptance.
