When you run an Activated Checklist instance that contains Due Dates, there are different statuses that let you know if your due date is confirmed or unconfirmed as well as if the due date is projected to be on time or projected to be overdue.

We have color coded the different statuses to make them easy to recognize.

  • On time & Overdue: these terms refer to if the step is completed before or after the "Due within" period

  • Confirmed & Unconfirmed: these terms refer to whether the projected due date has been confirmed based on what it is dependent on e.g. if the due date is dependent on Start, then it is confirmed immediately. If the due date is dependent on another step, it is unconfirmed until that step is completed.
