The search field allows you to search specifically for Activated Checklist Instances that are still active, completed, or abandoned.

If the instance contains a step with a due date you will also be able to see the due status of the instance.

Instances will now show with two different color indicators on them.

The vertical line on the left of the instance result tells you the overall due status of the checklist.

The due status of individual steps with a due date is shown in the top right corner of the step indicator.

Select the step to reveal further details

Hover over the On Time / Overdue indicator to see further information

Dark Green: Steps that show a dark green vertical line are Confirmed and On Time.

Light Green: Steps that show a light green vertical line are Unconfirmed and On time.

Orange: Steps that show an orange vertical line are Unconfirmed and Overdue.

Red: Steps that show a red vertical line are Confirmed and Overdue.
