An image or flowchart created in Google Drawings can be embedded directly into a Way We Do procedure. Following are instructions on how to do that:

  1. Open the image or flowchart within Google Drawings

  2. On the top right corner, click "Share" and in the new window, give your document a name before sharing and saving it (optional). If no name is given, just click "Skip"

  3. In the "Share" window, Under "General access", change the setting to "Anyone with the link" and next to it you will see a role selection drop-down menu, in this case, it remains as "Viewer"

  4. Click "Done"

  5. Click "File"

  6. Scroll down "Share" and click "Publish to the web"

  7. Choose your image size, click "Embed" and click "Publish".

  8. Copy the embed code generated

  9. Go back to the Way We Do page, click the Insert Media button on the Edit Toolbar, paste in the embed code and select the green tick to accept it
