How to add a Block Quote to a procedure

You can use the quote formatting option to distinguish text from the rest of the document. This is useful for highlighting the text as important or different from the rest of the content.

  • Highlight the text you would like to turn into a quote

  • Click on the "Formatting" button in the Edit Toolbar - this looks like a capital P

  • A dropdown will display. Select "Quote"

  • Now you will see the text is quoted with a vertical grey line and is in italics
