When you edit the Activated Checklist you are creating, there is the option to change the Status to either Draft, Pending Review, Published or Retired.

To display policies, procedures and checklists that could have one of these statuses, simply click the Filter function, the one that looks like an eye, and change to the status you wish to view.

Note: if you have Scheduled Publish Date activated on your account, items with an Upcoming status will display in the Editing view
