In order to paste a drawing into a procedure you will first need to make sure it is a web ready image. The accepted file formats for images on Way We Do are a .png, .jpg or .gif.

You can change the file format of a drawing or scanned image by opening the file and clicking "Save as..." from the save menu. Change the format of the file to one of the accepted formats listed above and click Save.

The new file can now be inserted into the procedure as an image. Read Inserting an Image (picture) into Your Procedure for detailed instructions on adding images to your documents.

For more information on creating web ready/web based images read Create Web-Based Image Files to Insert Into Documents.
