Adding version numbers to your procedures

When you publish a procedure for the first time and click on Finish, A popup window will appear prompting you to enter some information relating to the procedure.

At the top, you can choose if the procedure will be version 1 when you publish it (left). Or, you can also choose a number if you have an internal version number that is already in place (right).

If you click on the Version History icon, it will show you the history of the procedures.

Version numbers are detailed on the top left of each item

By clicking on the notes icon for the procedure, you can also see the details relating to the edits entered. A pop up will open with the details
